This program is a co-ed, non-contact, 5-on-5 league that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of football in a fun, competitive, and safe environment. Games and practices will take place on Saturdays starting mid-afternoon at Meridian High School (formerly George Mason High School).

All assessments will take place at Meridian High School. Your child must attend the mandatory assessment date for their age group.
All mandatory assessments will take place on September 9th, 2023, and September 16th, 2023 at Meridian High School. Times slots are as follows:
- September 9th, 2023
- Grades 2-3 - 1:00 p.m.
- Grades 4-5 - 3:00 p.m.
- September 16th, 2023
- Grades 6-7 - 3:00 p.m.
- Grades 8-9 - 5:00 p.m.
League Format
The league will consist of an 8-week game schedule with games taking place on Saturday afternoons. Each team will have a one-hour practice and then a one-hour game immediately following.
Game Schedules
Game schedules will be released in mid-September. Below is an estimated window of practices and games for each age group. These are subject to change based on the number of teams in each age group.
- 2nd & 3rd Grade - 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- 4th & 5th Grade - 2:30-4:30 p.m.
- 6th & 7th Grade - 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- 8th & 9th Grade - 4:30-6:30 p.m.
