As of July 31, the police non-emergency phone number -- like 703-248-5053 (TTY 711) -- is having issues. There are reports that the dispatcher cannot hear the caller. If this happens to you, please call back immediately -- most people have success with the second call.
We are working with our phone services provider to fix this issue.
There are no issues with 911.
