Rental Application and Instructions

Rooms

All private social functions require a $200 refundable security deposit. Prices below apply to the Art Room, Senior Center Left, Senior Center Right, or Community Room.  Senior Center Full is double all fees listed below.  The Teen Center is rented at a rate of $40 for City residents and $70 for non-City residents. 

We also have a Party in the Gym package which includes 3 hours in either the Art Room, Senior Center Left or Senior Center Right and half the gym for 1 hour. It is for parties of 35 or less.  The fee is $120 for City residents and $220 for non-City residents.

Full Gym (98 Feet by 68 Feet)

Fee does not include possible maintenance and/or facility supervisor fees.  Additional fees will be based on set up needs and will be determined by staff at the time of application review.  Gym rentals require a $200 security deposit.
