Library Computers
- The temporary library has two public computer stations.
- Computers cannot be reserved in advance. Use is first-come, first-serve with a waiting queue when needed.
- Sessions are limited to 30 minutes. However, if no patrons are waiting for a computer, sessions will automatically be extended.
- MRSPL card holders may logon independently up to three times each day.
- Guest logons are available for anyone who does not have a card.

- Office 2010 (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word)
Printing
- Black and white laser printing is available from all library computers at a cost of $0.15/page.
- Patrons using the library's Wi-Fi are currently not able to print from their wireless devices.
- Use of outside paper or other materials (like envelopes, labels, transparencies) is not permitted with library printers.
Disks & External Devices
Use of USB ("thumb") drives, CDs/DVDs, and other external devices (like cameras) is permitted so long as no external software needs to be loaded and the device is accepted by the computer's security software and profiled settings. Two gigabytes USB drives are also sold in the library for $8 + tax.
Headphones
Patrons wishing to listen to audio on library computers or personal electronic devices must bring their own headphones. The library also sells ear bud headphones at for $1 + tax.
Internet Filtering
Internet access in the library, including Wi-Fi, is filtered in accordance with Section 22.1-70.2 and Section 42.1-36.1 of the
Code of Virginia.
