Housing and Human Services provides a range of home ownership programs to make affordable housing attainable for more residents.
Affordable Dwelling Home Ownership Units
The Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program provides affordable rental or home ownership opportunities in the City of Falls Church for low to moderate income individuals and families. The rent or resale price of these rentals or homes is restricted. These apartments, condominium, and townhouses are located throughout the City of Falls Church.
A person who wants to rent or purchase an ADU must apply with Housing and Human Services to be certified as eligible for participation in the ADU Program. Applications packets are accepted year round. View ADU Program information.
Affordable Homeownership Program
