At any given time, an adult or child can experience the devastating effects of domestic violence. There are places to turn and go for assistance while seeking a safe environment and breaking the cycle of domestic violence. If you or anyone you know is experiencing domestic violence, the city offers a number of domestic violence resources and referrals.
Victims of violence are provided with information and resources specific to their circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: assistance in accessing services, emergency shelter, advocacy, court accompaniment, safety planning, affordable health care, and subsidized child care.
