The City Council authorized the Special Exception Entitlement (SEE) in July.
An SEE Site Plan will be submitted by the developers int he near future and it subject to City review and approval.
The concept of The Little City Commons includes a large, outdoor common area, retail, grocery store, a music venue or civic center, apartments, condominiums, senior living, a hotel, office space, and parking.

City Council Work Session
City Council Work Sessions are held the first and third Monday of the month, with the exception of August and December when only one meeting is held. These meetings are open to the public and are conducted to allow Council Members to discuss upcoming legislation and policy issues; the public is not generally invited to speak.
