Request for Proposals (RFP): Camps & Classes - Recreational Programs.
Proposals may be submitted at any time for review and evaluation for potential award by the City. Proposals are due at various points throughout each year (to coincide with the City's Park and Recreation Brochure publications) as follows: - September 15th of each year for: Winter/Spring classes and professional days (January-May), Spring Break Camps (March/April), Summer Camps (June-August)
- February 15th of each year for: Summer Classes (June-August)
- April 15th of each year for: Fall Classes and Professional Days, Winter Break Camps (December)
- Note: If the above dates fall on a weekend, proposal are due on the next business day.
