Use this form to submit comments to Council. Comments will be entered into the official record.
The public is also welcome to address Council during the Public Comment Period of every Regular City Council meeting (second and fourth Monday of the month). Speakers must complete and submit a Speaker Slip, located in the rear of Chambers, and present it to the Clerk at the front left table. The Mayor calls forward the speakers, who may address the Council for 1 3-minute period, which shall be enforced by the Clerk. Reports from boards, commissions, or committees may be presented as 5 minute oral summaries of the written reports.
