During Regular City Council meetings, the public is welcome to address the City Council on any topic during the public comment period. Speakers must complete and submit a Speaker Slip, located in the rear of Chambers, and present it to the Clerk at the front left table. The Mayor calls forward the speakers, who may address the Council for 1 3-minute period, which shall be enforced by the Clerk. Reports from boards, commissions, or committees may be presented as 5 minute oral summaries of the written reports.
Agendas and Minutes for regular City Council meetings and work sessions are usually posted on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Minutes of City Council meetings are available electronically and in hard copy, from the City Clerk.
