Non-Emergency Assistance

  • Call 703-241-5050 (TTY 711)
  • Visit the Police Department, open 24/7 at City Hall (300 Park Ave.) Look for the Public Safety Entrance blue awning on the East Wing (across from Community Center). Use the door intercom to speak with a Dispatcher if visiting after normal business hours or weekend.
  • Certain non-emergency reports can be taken over the phone. Call 703-241-5050 (TTY 711) to speak with Dispatcher about your report.

  • Visit the Records Window
    • Location: City Hall (300 Park Ave.) Look for the Public Safety Entrance blue awning on the East Wing (across from Community Center). 
    • Current Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays. We recommend customers call ahead to confirm staff availability. When impacts to Window operations are known in advance, they will be posted on the Records Division page.

Pay Parking Tickets

Dispute Parking Tickets through the Falls Church Clerk of the Court

  • The Falls Church Clerk of the Court handles all parking ticket disputes and appeals. All parking ticket disputes must be done in person. Call 703-248-5096 (TTY 711) for more information. 
  • Location and hours for disputing parking tickets: 
    • City Hall (300 Park Ave.) West Wing, 1st Level (Clerk of the Court) 
    • Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
