Farmers Market

Farmers Market

Open 8am to Noon Every Saturday

The City of Falls Church Farmers Market is open and in compliance with the guidelines from Governor Northam and the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS).

The Farmers Market offers a food source for residents and helps local farmers keep their businesses going (and growing) during the pandemic.

How It Works

  • Click here to download the full list of guidelines that apply to customers and producers (updated May 20, 2021)
  • Masks
    • Vendors and staff are required to wear masks.
    • Shoppers are strongly encouraged to wear masks.
  • Illnesses
    • Vendors, staff, and shoppers who do not feel well should stay home.
    • No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to COVID-19 in the prior 14 days, will be admitted to the market.
  • Pre-Ordering, Browsing, Shopping, and Payments
    • Customers are encouraged to pre-order their purchases. Customers buy goods in advance -- online or over the phone -- and pick-up at the market. See list of vendors with ordering and contact information below.
    • Safe browsing and shopping are allowed.
    • Credit card and check are the preferred payment methods. Cash is accepted if it is the shopper's only option. No coins are accepted.
  • Hand Sanitizer, Disinfecting, and Cleaning
    • Hand sanitizer will be available at each entrance and vendor stand.
    • Customers are encouraged to bring their own sanitizer.
    • Vendors are required to wipe their table top and vendor space frequently.
    • Vendors are required to wipe credit cards and card readers before and after every transaction.
