Public Parking

Free public parking is available throughout the city's central business district. Please note restrictions below and on any signs posted at each location. View and download a map here.

Please respect the privilege of parking for free in a private facility. Refrain from littering or any activity that results in damage to the parking deck. Report any suspicious or unlawful activity to the City of Falls Church police at 703-241-5053 (TTY 711). For emergencies, call 911.

Kaiser Permanente Garage (Nights and Weekends)

  • 201 N. Washington St., Falls Church, VA 22046 (Map)

  • Public parking on the Level Two and above during the following days and times:
    • Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. - 3 a.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. - 3 a.m.
  • 130 parking spaces available during the days and times above on Level Two and above.

  • Please note that vehicles must be removed before the posted hours of closing when the gates will be closed and locked. Vehicles left in the deck after closing will not be accessible until the facility reopens for business or public use. During public use hours the facility will be patrolled by City of Falls Church Police.

George Mason Square Parking Garage (Restricted Days and Hours)

  • 103 W. Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046 (Map)

  • Two-hour public parking on the Ground Level during the following days and times:
    • Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 4 a.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday all day
    • Federal holidays all day
  • 250 parking spaces available during the days and times listed above.

City Public Parking Spaces

  • 26 spaces in the rear lot near 116 W. Broad St., restricted to two hours (Map)

  • 10 spaces in the lot at Park Ave. and N. Maple Ave., restricted to two hours (Map)

    NOTE: Available evenings and weekends only; no parking in the front of City Hall during the Saturday morning Farmers Market
