Review
All new signs require review by the Zoning Division. Unless a sign is determined exempt, a sign permit application is required by Zoning and, upon approval, a building permit is required by the Building Official to erect the sign.

The approval process ensure the proposed sign meets size, placement, and content code requirements. Proposed signs may also be referred to the Architectural Advisory Board (AAB) for comment.
