The City of Falls Church Recreation and Parks Department will host the annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Friday, November 11 at 11 a.m. The keynote speaker is Lieutenant Colonel William A. Schmittel, Esq., U.S. Army (Ret.) who currently serves as the Senior Attorney in the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. 

City of Falls Church government programs and services will be closed on Veterans Day, including City Hall and the Mary Riley Styles Public Library. The Community Center will be open 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
