What is the Comprehensive Plan?
The Comprehensive Plan is the city's official policy guide for shaping the future of the City of Falls Church. It is used by staff when reviewing proposals for private development projects, such as Pearson Square, and the Reserve at Tinner Hill.

It is also used by staff developing public projects, such as the inter-modal plaza on South Washington Street and the addition of a sidewalk along the north side of North Roosevelt Street.
