    1. Thank you for updating your mailing address with the City of Falls Church Real Estate Assessment office and Treasurer's office.
    2. Only the property owner, legally authorized representative, or individual with Power of Attorney may change the mailing address.*
    3. NOTE: How to submit a Letter of Authorization

      Please submit a signed and notarized Letter of Authorization (LOA) to realestateassessor@fallschurchva.gov. The LOA must be signed by the manager stating the relationship of the agent to the property owner, and granting the agent the authority to represent the owner.
